How to Choose Your Size
This chart provides two different methods for selecting your size. You should choose the one that works best for you.

Method A (Shoes Length):
This method is based on the length of the shoe's insole. To use this method, take the insole out of a pair of shoes that fits you well and measure its length in centimeters. Match this measurement to the "Shoes length (cm)" row in the chart below.

Method B (Foot Length):
This method is based on the length of your actual foot. To use this method, measure your foot from the back of your heel to the tip of your longest toe in centimeters. Match this measurement to the "Foot length (cm)" row in the chart below.
